Why do bad things happen to good people? This workshop series exposes you to perennial questions and helps you understand your destiny from a new perspective. Learn steps to become more conscious of what is referred to as ‘fate.’ This shifts your perspective and gives you the impetus to reflect on your true purpose. Each class will involve videos, discussions, and meditation as you assess your own lifestyle. By journaling and meditation you can incorporate this understanding of your true purpose into your life.

Vegetarian Cooking Demo: Mediterranean Pasta with Greek Salad

Looking to add some meatless meals to your weekly menus? If so, this demo is for you! Mary Pomerantz, an enthusiastic cook and vegetarian for forty-three years, will show you how to put together an easy, delicious meal that will please everyone you serve it to. This demo features Mediterranean pasta with lots of veggies and flavored with garlic, herbs, olive oil and lemon juice. A simple to prepare Greek salad accompanies the pasta. Everyone will have the opportunity to sample the meal and the recipes will be distributed.
